CarrierPoint: Resetting My User Password
If you forget your password, click the "reset password" or "Forgot User ID or Password" link on the CarrierPoint website.
Enter your user ID and, when prompted, the answer to your security question.
CarrierPoint will send an email with a temporary password so that you can access your account. You will then be asked to set the permanent password to something of your choosing.
If this doesn't work, you can reach out either to your division traffic team (who can reset it for you) or you reach out using the contact link at the top of the screen.
