CarrierPoint Scorecards: Accessing the Carrier Scorecard (Nucor teammates)
Nucor users must be specifically identified and granted special authority to access the carrier scorecards. This is managed directly by CarrierPoint Support.
If you see an error screen rather than the thumbnails when going to Analyze...Advanced Analytics, please reach out to NLG Help for assistance.

To access carrier scorecards:
- Carrier Scorecards are found in CarrierPoint under the Analyze menu, then Advanced Analytics.

- Then click on the thumbnail for Nucor Scorecards

- Click on the thumbnail for Carrier Scorecard Summary
- Select the division, month and carrier in the drop-down menus and wait for the screen to refresh
From this main Carrier Scorecard Summary page, users can actively change individual carriers to review the specifics of their performance across all included Key Performance Indicators. Links throughout the scorecard provide visibility to underlying details specific to that performance area; click any number in the table to access the associated information page.
Click the green Return arrow to navigate back to the main Scorecard Summary page.

To view a table listing of all carrier service levels for a division:
- From the scorecards menu page, click on the thumbnail for Summary
- Select the division and month in the drop-down menus and wait for the screen to refresh
The summary screen includes all carriers who were offered a load, not just those who have accepted and/or shipped loads during the selected review period. If desired, users can click on any column header to re-sort the results based on that data point.
