You can manage the groups that you're an owner of by visiting this link: My Groups - Groups I own (microsoft.com)

Some features of this page

You can view all the groups that you own or co-own and their basic information, such as name, description, type, and membership status. You can also see groups where you are a member.

You can edit the settings of your Owned groups, such as changing the name, description, or policy. You can also delete your groups or leave them if you are not the sole owner.

You can manage the members of your groups, such as inviting new members, approving, or rejecting requests, removing members.

Note: You cannot modify the group membership of a Dynamic group. If you need to do so, reach out to me.
