CarrierPoint Scorecards: Exceptions
This section showcases the number of loads that were given back and which were retracted
Loads Given Back
• Divided into loads which are critical (hot or red-dated) and those which are not
• Service failures on critical loads are weighted more heavily
• Loads given back on the same day as accepted or at least one day prior to the pickup date are weighted differently
• Not all loads which are returned to Nucor are considered a service failure!
Retracted Loads
• Retractions are used to ensure that loads are picked up within a given timeframe. If they have not been, the system will automatically remove the carrier and re-tender the load
• Divided into loads which are critical (hot or red-dated) and those which are not
• Service failures on critical loads are weighted more heavily
• Not all divisions make use of the Retractions feature
If there are no infractions, this box will appear empty
Loads Given Back is based on entry of a note on a load log, with the evaluation coded as LGB-Load Given Back
• Creation of the required note is embedded in the cancel/repost process if this action is taken directly in CarrierPoint
• Load Given Back status can set manually if the carrier is removed via the ERP by manually entering the code on the load log in CarrierPoint
Loads which retract in error can be excused by manually entering a RET-EX note
